We accept many forms of payment: bank transfer (either UK or international) is our preferred method as it is fast and secure and does not attract any additional fees, we can also accept cheques made payable to 'Custom Hifi Cables Ltd.'. Paypal is also accepted, you can pay us with Paypal in one of two ways. The first is to send us your payment as a gift (go to the 'send money' page, and there will be a friends and family/personal payment option there), for customers with a UK paypal account and sufficient funds in their account this does NOT cost you any extra in fees to do. The second way is to request that we send you a Paypal invoice to your email address, this method is suitable for international clients. For clients that wish to drop off/collect products in person, we can easily arrange an appointment to suit you.


Shipping costs will vary a lot depending on the size and weight of parcel, the country it is being sent to and the value of the parcel. In some cases we will offer reduced price or free shipping, for example if you are buying several items at once.


Smaller orders are sent First Class within the UK (usually recorded, except for very low value

items), and by a tracked and insured courier (UPS or FedEx) for larger orders.

High value items may also be sent by Special Delivery. We can send any item by this method if you

desire, or you can collect in person from our premises in Leeds. Please note that collection in person is

strictly by appointment only.


We ship worldwide - we send smaller items by Royal Mail's Airmail service, and higher-value items by

a tracked and insured express service, or by an international courier.

Please just email us if you would like a precise shipping quote with no commitment, and we will find the most cost-effective solution for delivery. We don't list shipping prices on the website as there are simply too many possible combinations of weight/destination/value to list.

If you would like to visit in Leeds to collect/drop off equipment in person then you are more than welcome to, but we can only meet clients by prior appointment.


We keep electronic copies of every invoice, along with a backup copy off-site. If you would like an electronic copy of your invoice, then just ask and we will email it through.


We are currently not at the threshold at which VAT registration is mandatory - we therefore choose to not charge VAT in order to keep our prices as competitive as possible. This does mean that clients outside the EU still have to pay the full amounts listed on the website (unless we offer a discretionary discount if you are buying multiple items) as well as any local import taxes.
