Returns Policy
 
Please note that we do not generally operate a "home demo" trial policy due to the highly customised nature of the vast majority of our products - there are exceptions for some products though, please email us regarding your products of interest to clarify. Our PSUs, Naim upgrades and cables are all highly regarded and you can find plenty of positive feedback from our happy clients on various online audio forums, in most cases our new clients find us through reading about us on these same forums anyway. In some cases, we can offer a refund depending on the product in question, and the refund may be less than 100% in order to cover our non-recoverable costs of the product construction and/or customisations. If returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate level of insurance is taken out in case returned goods are lost in transit).

If an item is faulty, or an incorrect spec one has been sent, then we will of course refund all costs including shipping. All products must be returned in an as-new condition. Refunds will only be issued when products have been returned and fully inspected and tested to verify that they are in as-new condition and are fully working.
All intended returns must be notified by email within 30 days of you receiving the item by post/courier.

Warranty

All warranties are non-transferable (i.e. they apply to the original owner of any cable and/or equipment only). Warranty period is 5 years unless stated in product description - do note that valves only have a 3 month guarantee, whether bought separately or with our equipment. We don't cover damage caused by misuse/user error, but we do understand that accidents do happen - so we are happy to repair any products that you've accidentally dropped/tripped over/spilt something on for a small service fee.
 
Pricing and Specifications
 
Custom HiFi Cables Ltd. reserves the right to alter prices or specifications without due notice. Please note that cables may not appear exactly as shown in pictures or as represented in specifications - although we do make every effort to update our pages as frequently as possible.
 
Occasionally a product picture will be out of date, or a 'draft' version. This is because we do not carry a cable in stock to photograph (we make all of our cables to order), but we are working towards updating all photos as and when we have time to build a cable up for a photo; this is quite a big job when you consider all the possible combinations of cables and connectors!
